Havasu Haven Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment Schedule

A payment of 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two days before arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

For cancellations made seven or more days before arrival, 50% of the prepayments you have made will be refunded.

For cancellations made fewer than seven days before arrival, all payments are nonrefundable.

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment card on the day of check-in. The authorization hold will be released five days after checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to make the funds available.
